330mL bottle at Marciano Pub, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose has grainy notes, white wine grape must, gentle bugs, and sourdough yeast. Flavour is full of sourdough, white wine grape must, and some bugginess. Not particularly complex but clean and well-made. Pleasant.

Bottle, 375ml. A very lightly hazy pale golden colored beer with a minimalistic white head. Green grape, honeydew melon, hints of gooseberry, some leathery, lemony funk and a faint touch of maltyness. Oak notes show up after a while. It's medium to thin bodied, dangerously easy drinkable and rather dry on the palate, tart, with a good dash of green grapes in the flavor. Melon, gooseberry, funk, oak and a touch of funk in the flavor. Lasting fruity finish. A pleasant one indeed, tasteful and moreish, but I'd like a bit more body. 241019

Bottle 375ml @ yngwie. Pours light hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, funk, green grapes, oak and vinous. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, funky, oak, vinous and hint of gooseberry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft

Bottle @ company tasting. Slightly unclear pale golden body under a small white head. Aroma is fresh and acidic with mild funk, grapes and some oak. Taste is mild, smooth pale malt, grape, wood, lemon and tannins. Balanced body with long lasting, tart and acidic fruity aftertaste. Very nice and refreshing.
