Bottle. It pours a clear yellow color witha thick frothy off white head. The aroma has some sweet grapefruit, pineapple, mango with touches of caramel and bready malt. A little spice. The flavor is solid with the blueberry and pineapple Mosaic hop character and lightly earthy bitterness. Some very light hints of honey, caramel and bread. It has a full, creamy mouth feel. Not quite snappy enough on the palate. A bit bland and basic overall. Very pleasant drinking though.

Bottle from Stone. Nice tropical fruit forward IPA on the nose. Clean and well-balanced. Maybe a touch too much malt, but still very drinkable. Hides the abv fairly well. Light bitter finish that is crisp and refreshing.

Keg at Philippe’s the Original - LA. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Good nose, with bright citrus, pale bread, light pine. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice ripening citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, some pale bread, moderate bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with great balance, more citrus, mild oily pine. Really solid. Very drinkable.

Draft at Smoke Eaters in Cupertino, 5/17/16. Clear good color with a rich, creamy white head and fairly heavy lacing. Smells almost exactly like tropical fruit bubble gum to the point I pretty much can't think of anything else while I'm drinking it. Sweet and fruity IPA for sure. Dryness is minimal. Smooth, clean feel. I like this beer, but it's probably a touch too sweet, and easy too sweet for the style.
