Cask at The White Lady JDW. Pours clear pale gold, thick white head. Aromas of lemon, dusty malt, stewed apple. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, clean finish. Better than the bottle. 500ml bottle from Tesco. Pours pale yellow, nice white head. Aromas are lemon cheesecake, light buttery, some lost tropicalia. Taste has an astringency, which leads to the finish not being entirely pleasant. Not a bitter in my book, more a blonde. 6/4/5/3/10 - 2.8

Hazy tan. Aroma is a bit buttery. Slightly fruity, still a bit buttery with a hint of pale malt sweetness.

500ml bottle bought at Kjeller 5 in Tromsø. Slightly hazy, pale golden body. Solid, frothy white head slowly reduced to a patchy layer. Spotty lacing left down the glassware. Fresh fruity hops on the nose. Lemony hops to the flavour profile together with a bite of semi-sweet malts. Basic dry bitter ending. Thin to medium bodied. Refreshing and easy to quaff. Pleasing (at home 30.11.2013).

Aroma: Grain, grass, slightly floral and just a tad metallic.
Appearance: Clear golden body with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Nice lacing.
Taste: Grass and sour citrus. Very dry.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft carbonation.
Overall: I’m not sure why this is listed as a Bitter - it’s a Golden Ale. Grassy and sour. Not bad but I wouldn’t want to drink more than one.

Cask @ Old Mill, Brodie
Copper brown, thick frothy white head.
Aroma of light grass hop and sweet malt with hint of strawberry.
Taste....Caramel malt...hint of strawberry....bitter hops...bit of toffee cinder.
Palate bittersweet initially, then a mild bitter lingering finish with a hint of strawberry.
Overall....Quite a pleasant beer, but the strawberry seems a bit tacked on (it is a strawberry blonde beer according to the description).
