A classic American Pale Ale brewed with a touch of caramel malt and hopped with Cascade and Citra. We added a bushel of blue crabs to the boil to add a minerality that balances the sweetness and accentuates the hop bitterness and flavor. It’s piney and citrusy, with a solid malt backbone.
