Lager with grapefruit and blood orange.
According to legend, one sunny afternoon a small bavarian pub was inundated with thirsty cyclists. Rather than run out of beer, the crafty barman added citrus juice to his brew, and the radler was born.

Inspired by this concept, wilson and tommy created tw pitchers’ radler, a refreshingly crisp blend of lager and grapefruit with a hint of blood orange for good measure.

Can, TWSP. hazy gold with a white head. Nice aroma: grapefruit, orange - somewhat sweet but not candied, grasses. Flavor is orange and grapefruit, light grain. Not overly sweet. Good for what it is.

355ml can from Beer Cats 2019 Fukubukuro. Pours hazy yellow, some foam but not much. Nose is fruity, sweet lemon marmalade. Tastes like sweet lemon drink as well, bit of biscuits coming out in the finish but basically drinks like lemon lemonade. Not bad as lemonade but a bit lacking as a beer.

Too sweet is my overall impression. Can. Imported by Beer Cats from San Francisco and bought on Rakuten. This Lager based Grapefruit & Blood Orange radler was a cloudy gold with a fizzy white head -lagerppoi na.sweet citrus aroma, candyish with some tart grapefruit. The taste is candyish sweet, reminds me of a wine cooler but it does suit a hot summer day well.

Can As Radler Grapefruit & Orange (from Beer Gonzo). Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, citric, orange, grapefruit, vitamin c. Flavor is sweet, sour and slightly bitter, massive citrus, grapefruit, orange, malt. Finish is grapefruit with some graininess. Nice body for 5.1% brew. Overall: more fruit juice than beer (the beer is rather hard to detect in it, only finish has lagery graininess), but I like it.
