Our 1000th batch! An American style barley wine with a dozen malts (including oats & rye), and Orangle Blossom honey. Kettle hopped with Amarillo and dry hopped with Glacier. A big American take with lots of bready malt and fruity/spicy hop character with an underlying alcoholic warmth.

Pretty nice actually. One of the better barley wines Iβve had recently, since it isnβt too sweet, boozy or heavy. Lots of grapefruit and lots of pine. Booze and light caramel, but this is subdued. Bittersweet finish. Tap at brewery.
