Bottle shared at the Ben Burrows memorial virtual bottle share. Cheers Grumbo. Aroma of lime, banana, herbs, citrus and bread. Slight heat at the end of the lime finish. Good.

13/3/2021. Bottle shared at the Ben Burrows memorial virtual bottle share. From Beermoth, Manchester. Pours clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of kaffir lime, fragrant thai herbs, citrus, lemongrass. Medium sweetness, very light bitters/tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice, very subtle.

Keg at the Great British Beer Festival 2019 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Big zesty character, oily lime and lemon peel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. More aggressive zesty lemon lingers in the finish. One-note. Fine overall.

Keg at GBBF'19, day one, 06/08/19. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is lime leaf, grass, airy malts, lemon zest. Taste comprises big lime strokes, grass, light white peppery spice, faint yeast esters, light breads. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for the style.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, lime, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, spicy, thai spices. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, lime, witbier yeast, wheat, thai spices. GBBF Day 1. Keykeg. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts. Nice floral lime. Trace of coconut. Modest thai spice, very soft. Light semi dry finish. Flavoursome but a little dry.
