Draft at Tap99. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, leather, sweet finish.

Can at the June DC rate beer tasting. Nitro packaging. Poured a dark cola color, brown hue. Small light tan head, very creamy. Aroma was light sweet chocolate roast. Smooth, pleasant roasted chocolate. Pleasant on this hot day.

12oz nitro can pours a cola brown with some off white head. Nose has malt, brown sugar, coffee, marzipan. Flavor is bigger, marzipan, brown sugar, coffee, some smoke. Full bodied, sweet finish.

Roast and caramel. Dry and well balanced, but a little thin on flavour. Black pour with great head and lacing. Nut and coffee. Nice stuff. Bitter dry end. Tap at brewery.
