There’s a troubling cycle of bullying among the buffalo at The Buffalo Zoo, in which Buffalo(nian) buffalo (that) Buffalo(nian) buffalo buffalo (i.e. bully) buffalo (i.e. bully) (other) Buffalo(nian) buffalo (that) Buffalo(nian) buffalo buffalo (i.e. bully). This barrel-aged bière de garde-inspired blend was made with our friend Olivier Desbiens from Brasserie Thiriez in Esquelbecq, France especially for this year's Shelton Brothers Festival—somewhere in upstate New York.
