Clear golden colour, minimal creamy white head; aroma and taste of grapefruit, pine resiny, pomelo, some floral and biscuity notes; good IPA

A golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at Chef Geoff’s, Dulles Airport.

16 oz pour on draft at Chef Geoff’s Dulles Airport. Clear amber with thin off-white head. Aromas of citrus, biscuit, light floral. Tastes of citrus, biscuit, floral, light malt. Medium body with a dry finish. Solid.
