Slow pour from a can dated 11/10/25 into a lager glass

Pours an almost transparent but slight cloudy pale golden yellow with 2 and a half fingers of rocky head that really sticks around leaving lots of sticky lace.

Aroma is cracker malt with sweet grassy hops moving into a mild hints of lemon

Flavor is clean cracker to biscuity malts and again the grassy hops with some floral notes and a decent bitterness.

Medium light body, crisp and fairly dry, bitterness plays well with the dryness, a beer begging to be drank

Overall it's a nice bavarian style pils, I am not familiar with seitz hops. I enjoy this and I'd come back to this one, especially in warmer weather and preferably a fresher example.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: yellow color with some transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft mixed citrusy & floral hops; light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a clean floral & semi-sweet malty tone; finishes crisp and floral
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; smooth along the tongue, good carb level
Overall: nicely done Czech pilsener I would return to. Maybe next time straight from the can.

Pint can at the Kura’s Krafts US beer, September 25. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeasty. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, somewhat light, dry, light floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at Caledonia Bar. Pours a clear yellow with a slight straw hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light grass with some bread and straw backing plus a bit of hay coming through. Flavor is bready with a bit of biscuit, growing grass and some hay in the finish.
