Pint can at the Kura’s Krafts US beer, September 25. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeasty. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, somewhat light, dry, light floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at Caledonia Bar. Pours a clear yellow with a slight straw hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light grass with some bread and straw backing plus a bit of hay coming through. Flavor is bready with a bit of biscuit, growing grass and some hay in the finish.

Pretty dang impressive pils. Notes of fresh bread, sweet grass, lemon, and a touch of apple lead to a floral bitterness on the back end with lingering white bread and a touch of citrus. Delicious.

Can. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, earthy, cereal. Taste is earthy, a tiny bit weirdly tart somehow, not super dry, decent bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not a bad Pilsner!

Can: Poured a clear golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light herbal hops notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes, light herbal hops with a dry finale. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable pilsner with good drinkability.
