Bottle at 4.0% ABV. Pours brilliant gold with a medium-sized white frothy head. Retention: above average. Aroma: pipeline water, grainy malts, some cooked corn. Light to medium body. Soft carbo. Taste: malty, clean, accompanied by an unwelcome metallic touch. Tiny bitterness. Forget it.

Bottle, didn’t catch the date, if there was one, drunk 10/10/16.
Clear, filtered honey-golden with a moderate amount of white head. Looks good for a macro.
Smells malty in the nose with some faintly discernible hops. Hint of flowers and grass. Otherwise, honey, a good dose of cereal character and light pepper on the end. Didn’t find too much flaw, perhaps some wax and very light corn, but nothing obnoxious. No oxidation so it might be, somehow, fairly fresh.
Maltier and sweeter than expected, with a touch of saccharine-like character, some wax and corn on the end, but by and large actual malt flavors, with ample carbonation and a hint of grassy, floral hops. Fine, drinkable stuff.

Originally rated May 2005. This Ukrainian premium lager pours a golden colour with a white head. Not much lacing and medium carbonation. Slight grassy aromas. The taste is a good mix of grass malts with some hops. Crisp and clean mouthfeel. A decent and refreshing lager.
