Pour at State of Origin. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Honey, brett and floral aromas on the nose with some light lemon and apricot as it warms. Tart on the palate, with some mild brett funkiness, oak, honey and mineral notes. Balanced finish.

Covenhoven, Brooklyn tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is pickles, vinegar, and such. Taste is similarly pickle. Not too sour just funky and such.

Bottle at rbsg bus tour, pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white. Nose is citrus lemon grass notes floral and sour notes. Taste is more of the citrus notes some funk and spice.

Bottle. Pours hazy bright yellow with small foamy whitish head, acidic aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter sour citrusy taste with woodsy flavor, thin body, medium sour earthy finish. Interesting brew.

Bottle shared on the RBSG bus. Cloudy yellow pour with a small white head. Aroma is lively with lemongrass, citrus, and some funk. Tastes lightly sweet and moderately sour. Notes of lemon and citrus, straw, farmhouse funk, and oak. Nice crisp tart finish.

Bottle on RBSG Bus, courtesy of J. Hazy golden body, small white head. Light tart aroma, meadow, grass, lemons, funk. Taste too, light sourness with minor elements leaning towards saison flavors. Pucker puts this back in sour territory.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a tumbler showing cloudy dark yellow with clean whee foam lacing. The nose shows tart notes of juicy apricot and notes of honey. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Highly tart with notes of brett, honey, and light vanilla.
