Nice fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, old rope, mild vinegar, hay, oak, cellar, overripe sour apples, soil, old leafs, paper, minerals. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, mild vinegar, yeast, soda powder, grass, leafs, overripe sour apples, old rope, hay, soil, oak, minerals, flowers, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

500ml bottle from Brewdog online. Pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of quince, sour, citric. Taste is sour, tart, some quince, juicy, lemon rind, lactic hints, salty. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home from Brewdog online. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is dry pithy citrus, woody gooseberry, bready grains, straw, tart saison yeast, light musty grape. Flavour is composed of tart and tangy, pear, musty funk, underripe white grape,. Dry pithy tart finish, white peach. Palate is light tart, moderate carbonation.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, leather, funk, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, funky, sour fruit - berry, funk - grapes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190809]
