Our Italian Pilsner is brewed using traditional hopping methods to pay homeage to the style. Bittered with Magnum hops for a clean bitterness and an addition of midboil Spalter hop to add spicy herbal notes.

On tap at Gahan House Nova Centre. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Very herbal, minty nose. Flavour has thin pale malts and a very minty hop expression. If I wanted something this minty I'd eat some toothepaste.
