Sweet William’s Honey Wheat Ale is a crisp and refreshing honey wheat ale that has a wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread with citrus and tropical fruit undertones.
Brewed with a blend of Canadian two row, wheat, and honey malt, this beer pours a brilliant gold color with a fluffy white head and a moderate malt sweetness that finishes with a touch of honey. Cascade and Mosaic hops provide citrus, floral, and soft melon flavors to balance the malt backbone of this beer.
At 4.5% ABV and 25 IBU this flavorful craft beer is the perfect compliment to any meal but has enough flavor and aroma enough to stand on its own any day!
