12oz can. Poured an amber color with a medium sized, quickly dissipating head. Aroma was herbal hops, sweet malts. Flavor was sweet malt, big bready notes, some herbal hops. Light pine, earthy finish. Bonus points for being N/A, but lacking in a bit of something to really hit the mark. Getting really close...

Pours deep amber into a willi. White head with good retention recedes to pool surface. Caramel and brown bread aromas. Crisp with sweet molasses and brown bread upfront turning to earthy pine in the dry, medium length finish.

Fresh 6 pack drunk December 2021. A hint of haziness in this ruby-to-auburn-colored beer. Off-white head atop is small-to-medium-sized, showing moderate-to-low retention. Fruity hops in the nose are a nice surprise; I was pretty ready for this to be a crystal malt and pine bomb. But there's good base malt sweetness, as well as red and yellow fruits, with a healthy dose of reasonably resin-free pine character on the end. Soft, malty, with a supportive mouthfeel (relatively speaking for an NA). Hops are almost explosively fruity (again, relatively speaking) leading to cherry, apple, papaya and strawberry notes that play well with the moderately sweet, but still attenuated malts that add honey and biscuit. Great balance of bitterness on the end. Softer than most of their beers (maybe the softest?), which went a long way. These were excellently drinkable and I felt significantly less of the huge NA/non-NA gap here.
