Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: golden yellow color with a nice transparency about it and a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet bready malt notes to a light floral and herbal hop character, subtle earthy hop spice then sweet grassy hop undertone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bready malty to semi-spicy to refined earthy character; finishes malty with a light crisp earthy tone
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness
Overall: nicely done festbier I would welcome again.

Rail Trail draught, 11/12/25, as pictured.
Lemony-apple with light sourdough backing. Bit different than the usual big herb-pepper and honey malts but still clean and aromatic. Lots of apple and mild white grape. Seems like they got a lot of mileage out of the yeast and hop, as both are distinct and charscterful but not overbearing.
Very light sourdough notes balanced by rich honey in the background. Apple and white grape again, but not overbearing. Nice and malty with good bitterness and dryness on the finish. Soft pepper and herbs but mostly rich sourdough, apple and white grape. Clean, very flavorful and balanced.
