Aromas are malt, smoke, and a bit of toast. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose with smoke and toast coming out more along with some carbonic tang. Would be killer to cook with. A good smoke beer.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear, dark amber pour, sturdy, thick, fluffy off-white head. Light smoky aroma, caramel. Stronger smoke in the taste, ashy, campfire, malty. Light sweetness and mildly dry.

Tap at BeerTemple, with James, 19th March 25. Pours a dark chestnut and clear ale. Aroma is meaty, smoke, resin, malts. Taste is smoke, meat, roasted malts. Nice enough
