For our 1st anniversary in 2019 we brewed an IPA hopped with a financially-irresponsible amount of our two favorite hops: Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. Up until now we've increased the strength and dry-hopping rate... we finally decided 10% is strong enough, but we still upped the dry hop to 6.6 lbs/bbl! The result is exploding with aromatics that remind us of passion fruit, gooseberry, and citrus.
