Gravity cask at Fishers 2nd birthday bash, Fishers brewery HWY, 27/07/19. Hazed orange amber with a well presented egg shell white covering. Nose is bitter orange, grass, malty, toasted grains. Taste comprises fruit esters, straw, mellow citric peel, grains, light biscuit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with balanced bitterness. Not bad.

Egham Summer 2019. Peppery malt aroma. Chestnut. Creamy off-white head. Light bitter with some spice. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Astringent finish. Spicey bitter. Decent.

ABV: 4.4%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, biscuit malt, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, pale malt, biscuit malt, sweet malt, light nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190801]
