Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, orchardy, leather, woody funk. Taste is sweetish and tangy, tart, appley, fruity, juicy orange, orchard floor, leathery, funky, wood, spice with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bladder bag at day 2 of the 40th Pigs Ear Beer festival, Round Chapel Hackney, 04/12/24.
Almost clear golden orange topped with a thin white head.
Nose is tarte apple, light funk, straw.
Taste comprises barnyard bite, apple skins, grains, vinous, modest funk.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Tidy.
