Sample courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, no head and aroma of fleshy apple, strawberry. Taste is tangy, appley, fruity, melon & citric hints, some core, skin, bittersharp with balanced acidity and light tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
