11/9/2025. From BIAB at the 2025 Chappel Summer Beer & Cider Festival. Musty, funky, leathery aroma. Developing dryness, with tangy bitterness. Very dungy finish. Not keen and maybe not right.

500ml bottle from Bier Huis. Hazed orangey golden amber colour, bubbly white rim and aroma of apple, band-aid, leather, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, gluey, wood, leathery, barnyard, funky, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
