500ml bottle. Pale golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, elderflower. Taste is sweet, appley, elderflower, syrupy, with some citric tartness. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, lingering sweet elderflower finish. Quite OK.

Bottle at home. Pours golden, nose is apple, elderflower, vanilla, taste is crisp apple, juicy, floral, some green pepper.
