750ml bottle pour at Edinburgh Cider Salon, Montrose Restaurant, 01Dec2024. Deep red colour, thin bubbly foam rim and aroma of fruit, apple, red wine. Taste is sweet, fruity, appley, with berry & red wine notes, some tartness and acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweetish drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
