750ml bottle pour at Edinburgh Cider Salon, Montrose Restaurant, 01Dec2024. Golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple flesh. Taste is appley, fleshy, fruity, with oaky barrel notes and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, very dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
