Magnum bottle pour at Edinburgh Cider Salon, Montrose Restaurant, 01Dec2024. Pale golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is appley, fleshy, fruity, pear, gooseberry, floral, with some acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
