Magnum bottle pour at Edinburgh Cider Salon, Montrose Resaurant, 01Dec2024. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple & perry pear. Taste is appley, perry pears, fruity, floral, drying with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Very drinkable.
