Our take on a seasonal and refreshing straw-coloured farmhouse beer, made with local spelt, fermented with a blend of European Yeasts. Crisp, dry, refreshing, with slight hints of zesty fruit and fresh hay.

Panda thanks to Ed Danlo. A hazed brushed gold coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is farmyard, medicinal notes, earthy semi sweet grains, . Flavour is tangy lemon, sour, earthy wheaty grains, dirty grains, light sour, . Palate is tangy, agricultural, mellow carbonation. Not great.

Nose is herb, straw, musty fruit esters, grains, damp cloth.
Taste comprises yeast esters, lemon rind, herb, hedgerow, vinous, wood must.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Not great ... dusty, lacking balance and rather lacklustre all round.

375ml bottle from Steam Machine. Slightly hazed pale golden colour, white foam head and aroma of citric rind, fruit, straw, farmhouse funk. Taste is tart, tangy, zesty citric, fruity, with meaty farmhouse funky notes, grain, straw, and some light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, zesty grainy bitter finish.
