500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Batch No. 15. Carefully poured to leave sediment at bottom of the bottle. Sparkling, pale golden colour, with a thin white rim and aroma of perry pear, fruity, caramel, fudge, figgy. Taste is sweetish, tart & tangy, perry pear, some acetic funk, fruity, flowery, fudge hint, with citric acidity and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry funky floral peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
