Brännland Iscider is the core of Brännland Cider. We work with the best Swedish apple growers to find the varieties that are best suited for making our ice cider. The apples are pressed in December, the juice frozen and concentrated using the natural winter temperatures in our part of Sweden. The concentrate, starting at 34-36 Brix is fermented for 10-12 weeks, aged for three months in steel tanks and then bottled. Brännland Iscider is, as we see it, the ultimate expression of Swedish apples in liquid form. A combination of warm sweetness balanced by an acidity that makes Brännland Iscider useful in a wide variety of gastronomic pairings

Taste: moderate+ sweet, intense, caramel, condensed apple, stewed apple, brown sugar, vanilla. Sticky & smooth, tangy. Medium to full body with low/no carbonation

Panda thanks to Ed Danlo. A sticky rich amber coloured pour with no head. Aroma is intense sticky brown sugars, bee stung honey, condense apple, toffee. Flavour is composed of intense tangy juicy golden apple, brown sugars, toffee, rich apple cake, green apple, Lovely. Palate is medium sweet, intense, full bodied, sticky and tangy,

22/1/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear deep bronze with no head. Aroma is sweet, baked apple, marzipan, hedgerow, meadow. Medium sweet with very nice tartness. Full bodied, smooth, no carbonation. Excellent ice cider.

Nose is apple pulp, caramelised sugars, light booze, prunes.
Taste comprises apple pure, booze, caramel, vanilla, stewed fruits, apple pie.
Full bodied, light viscous feel, semi drying close with a balanced rise of alcohol.
Solid sipper.

375ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Deep coppery amber golden brown colour with reddish tinge, no head and aroma of apple pie, apple, earthy, nutty, booze. Taste is sweet, concentrated apple, apple pie, dried fruits, woody, nutty, tannin, with balanced tartness and acidity. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, drying tart tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma is concentrated apples, gummibears, honey, pretty fresh. Taste is all the apple goodness, gummibears, peach, honey. Flat. Oily mouthfeel. Just like the standard Iscider, this one has the Brännlands character of high sweetness and high acidity. Solid stuff.

ABV: 9.0%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, concentrate - apple, apple pie. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, sweet apple, concentrate apple, intensse, tart apples. Body is medium, texture is smooth - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20190615]
