Cutty Medium Dry Cider
Wren (Troglodytes troglodytes) or ‘Cutty’ in the old Pembrokeshire dialect. A tiny bird with a very loud voice! They like eating insects so they’re a useful ally for pest control. In return, we make sure they have sheltered bushes and crevices for them to make their domed nest.

24/3/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity fleshy apples, baked apple, slightly funky, hedgerow. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness, quite dry and bitter. Improved a lot on initial impressions.

500ml bottle from Brooksgrove Farm. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, orchardy, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, leathery funk and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
