Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a short lived white foam. Aroma is floral lemon citrus, lemon verbena, floral, elderflower, lavender. Flavour is composed of pithy lemon, bitter lemon rind, grapefruit with floral notes, lemon verbena, funky bitter finish. Palate ios sharp and pithy, to a drying finish, gentle massaging carbonation.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Pale golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of zesty citrus rind, orange, apple, flowery, funk. Taste is tart, bitter orangey, zesty, grapefruit, citric, fleshy apple, liquorice, floral, funky, sour, with acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry sour tart bitter citric finish. Nicely drinkable.
