Can from Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. Hazy bronze body with a short-lived white head. No visible carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of brown sugar and ginger. Flavour of honey, lemon and ginger. Thin to medium body with a slick, slightly sticky mouthfeel. Light fizz. It’s a good ginger beer but I prefer mine more fiery and peppery.

11/10/2024. Draft pour at Nottingham Beer Festival shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma ginger, ginger biscuit, touch spiced, clove, cinnamon. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Developing gingerbread and spiced warmth with some bitterness. Quite nice.

Keg at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Gluten Free. Bright orange-yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fruit, juicy. Taste is sweet, ginger, juicy fruits, with some spice and warming heat. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry gingery warming chilli finish. Quite drinkable.
