Bag-in-a-box at GBBF 25. Slightly opaque lightest gold. Frothy foamy translucent white head forms a 5mm band inside the rim. Aroma has bitter peel over some pear sweetness. Sour. That peel. Vinegary. Some underlying hints of sweetness. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. OK.

11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet pear, citrus, touch funky and woody. Quite sweet, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Nice drying finish. Decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Hazy yellow colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, fruit, woody, funk hint. Taste is sweetish and tart, perry pear, flowery, funky with citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry peary acidic finish. Quite drinkable
