BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pale golden colour, no head and perry pear, floral, hay, earthy funk. Taste is perry pear, floral, melon, gooseberry, tart fruity, with some acetic funky notes, drying acidity and a little tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry peary finish. Quite drinkable
