From bag in a box at Fell Northern Quarter, Manchester, 28.03.25. Oh, yeah. This is a good perry! Cloudy straw colour. Not much head. Excellent aroma and taste of apple and perry peel, perries, leather, tannins, some bitterness and Sevilla marmalade. Complex and vert good!

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, fruity, floral, funk. Taste is tart, perry pear, flowery, elderflower, funky with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry peary finish. Quite drinkable
