Our traditional long fermented, Still farmhouse cider, rich amber in colour and slightly cloudy with a rich, ripe apple scent. Just as it should be!! Tasting only of sweet, bitter apples, giving way to a crisp, sharp & satisfying dry finish.

Medium white head. Slightly hazy apple coloured pour. Light sweetness

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2024. Bright golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of nectarines, apple, fleshy, fruity. Taste is sweet, ripe apple, stone fruit hints, honey, with mellow acidity & alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet drying fruity finish. Quite drinkable
