Moorcroft is a magical and mystical pear - a variety that produces soft, fruity perries of the utmost quality. It is characterised by its early season, fast ripening habit, the pears turning to mush if you aren't quick enough to spot when they're ready! Work hard though and you earn this reward. Although a drink with zero fermentable sugar, the quality of the fruit produces something characterised by brilliant tropical fruit salad. Sip and savour and discover pineapples, passion fruit, lychee and lemon swirling around your glass.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A Clear pale yellow petrol coloured pourw with a small white head. Aroma is crisp tart yellow apple, waxy pear, Palate is semi sweet, crisp, highish carobnation. Flavour is composed of bright pear, plastic, woody bark, spicy notes, floral. Nice complexity.

750ml bottle from Ross on Wye. For #rgpm. Sparkling, clear pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of perry pear, tropical fruits, citric, floral, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, perry pears, tropical notes, passionfruit, pineapple, some grapefruit citrus, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart citric & bitter tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
