Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear petrol coloured pour with a fading fizzy white head. Aroma is vanilla, musty fruit, mouldy funk, damp hay, Flavour is composed of dry musty fruit, pear, apple, vanilla, spores, fresh fruit, light tang. Palate is crisp and tart moderate carbonation. ok.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 27/10/24. Pale yellow with a thin white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is tangy pear, hedgerow, herb, straw, trace of blackcurrant. Taste comprises pear, tannins, light orchard wood, straw, herb, touch of elderflower, berry pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rgpm. Batch No 19. Sparkling, pale golden colour, fizzy white foam head and aroma of oil, vegetal, hay, leather, funk. Taste is perry pear, elderflower, lemon citric, vanilla, custard hint, with acidity and slight tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying citric peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
