This cider is a blend of locally foraged apples from village gardens and small orchards. IT is light, floral, crisp and reminds us of the joys of spring when blossom is bursting, warmth is returning and nature is awakening.

Contains sulphites.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy pale yellow gold colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, flesh, citric, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, floral, fruity, with some acidity and woody funky hints. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
