Ayrshire Riviera artisan cider is made from ethically sourced, local apples all from the South West coast of Scotland.

The fruit is a combination of hand-picked and windfall apples which are then hand-pressed to extract as much of their tasty, sweet juice as possible. No water or sugar is added to the cider at any stage, they just let the juice and our cider yeast work together to make a stunning product.

Ayrshire Riviera allow the cider to ferment for around 6 months, to get the maximum effect from fruit and yeast marriage. The cider is also racked regularly to get a pure taste. The end product is a higher ABV and a deeper, richer flavour profile.

330ml can from Aeble. Sparkling, golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, flesh. caramel hint. Taste is tangy, green apple, fleshy, with core & skin, and some acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
