500ml bottle from Cheese & Bees. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy fruity, with zingy citrus notes and some acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
