750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange amber colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of ripe fruit, apple, leathery funk. Taste is sweetish & tart, tangy, red apple, straw, leather, funky, orchardy with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
