6 3 6 2 10Sample from bottle at Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Clear golden with no head. Aroma is basically white wine, grapes and light oak. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with no real carbonation. Too much like drinking white wine for my taste.

From a 10 litre bag in a box. Clear with no head and almost no gas. Aroma is very winey with oak and sharp grape. Flavour also delivers some nuttier tones and funky manure and straw in the aftertaste.

At brettfest. Aroma of dry white grape, oak and tannine. Taste has soursweet white grape, oak, subtle wine and tart. Solid, bit too sweet.
