3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy pale orange amber with a small bubbly head. Aroma is musty, apple, straw, funky, tannic, horse blanket. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation. Drying finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A hazed deep goldedn orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is big funky horse blanket, barnyard, green apple, woody bark. Flavour is composed of uber dry, bark, woody apple pips, barnyard apple, horsey funk. tangy finish. Palate is uber crisp, highish carbonation, drying pithy finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/08/24. Golden to light copper with a just off white head that thins to a swirl. Nose is funky apple, straw, herb, dusty orchard fruit, tannins. Taste comprises tangy apples, herb, hedgerow, barnyard notes, funk, light acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent funky cider.

750ml bottle from Clapton Craft. Hazy orange colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk hint. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, juicy, fruity, with woody funk and drying earthy bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
