750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Reddish orange-amber colour, no head and aroma of straw, apple, barnyard funk. Taste is tangy, red apple, fleshy, acidic hint and funk, barnyard, orchardy, leather, woody, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
