1/9/2024. Keg pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours cloudy pale orange with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is orange, lime, malt, hop, stone fruit, gooseberry, white grape, light herb. Moderate sweetness, moderate to medium bitterness and body. Slightly oily, soft carbonation. Nice.

Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a murky apricot with a small almost white head and good lacing. There’s malts and stone fruits in the aroma, plus traces of floral hops. In the mouth it starts off slightly sweet with a distinctly chewy texture. Floral hops and dried fruits in the flavour. Later of some bitterness becomes evident as does orange peel and dried apricots, Bitterness lasts into the finish. This is reasonable.

Keg at Durham Brewery 30th Year Anniversary Beer Festival. Murky gold colour, white foam head and aroma of fruit, citrus. Taste is sweetish, pale malt, zesty, fruity, citrus, hop, with drying bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry zingy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
