750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, thin bubbly white foam head and aroma of perry pear, floral, fruit. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, perry pear, fruity & floral, with some citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
